Bordeaux Chateau Redon 2018

Classic Bordeaux blend based on Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, obtained through fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 26 ° C, followed by a 3-week maceration. Once the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine ages in oak and steel barrels for several months.

It appears in the glass of a highly concentrated ruby red color. Scents of red fruits and violet envelop the nose, reached by some spicy notes. In the mouth, it is delicate and fruity, with long persistence.

Excellent to accompany cold cuts or tapas, it goes well with red meats and aged cheeses.
